Dear Williams-Mystic Alumni,
As the only person who has taught every single semester of Williams-Mystic, Don Treworgy has touched each of our lives. Whether we spotted him near the bridge downtown with his telescope offering peeks to the public, or buckled down in his Celestial Navigation course with the hope of one day being able to accurately find our location on the globe, Don has been a fixture at Mystic Seaport and a dear friend to many of us. Sadly, I am writing to let you know that Don is now facing very serious health concerns. He’s maintaining a positive attitude as he undergoes treatment. I know many of you will want to send Don your best wishes as he navigates this difficult stretch of water.
Don can be reached at his home address (91 Noble Ave., Mystic, CT 06340), but also please consider keeping in touch with him through his CarePages site and feel free to share this site with others. Don and Lynn say that they welcome your notes and though they may not be able to correspond with each of you directly, through CarePages or otherwise, it helps tremendously to know that you care.
